Terms of service

CosmeticPro is offered by Elite AI Empire as a B2B SaaS for licensed cosmetic-surgery practices and med-spas. By subscribing, the practice owner represents that (a) all on-staff providers using the platform are licensed in their jurisdictions, (b) the practice complies with all applicable advertising, consent, and patient-privacy regulations, and (c) the practice is responsible for all clinical advice delivered to patients.

Subscriptions and trial

All tiers include a 14-day trial. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are offered for partial months.

Acceptable use

CosmeticPro is for use by licensed cosmetic-surgery practices and med-spas only. Use to misrepresent another provider's results, to advertise procedures the practice is not legally licensed to perform, or to circumvent advertising-disclosure rules is grounds for immediate termination.

Liability

Elite AI Empire's total liability under any CosmeticPro subscription is capped at the amount the practice paid in the preceding twelve months.
