CosmeticPro is operated by Elite AI Empire. We collect: (1) business-account information from practice owners (name, email, license, billing); (2) patient lead information that practice prospects voluntarily submit to a practice's CosmeticPro widget (name, email, phone, procedure interest); and (3) photos uploaded for procedure-preview generation.

Photos

Patient photos uploaded through the widget are processed for the preview only. They are not sold, not used for AI-training, and are deleted after a short retention window required for end-user retrieval of the result.

HIPAA

CosmeticPro previews are explicitly framed as informational visualization, not protected health information. For practices that require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), reach out via the contact page (Enterprise tier).

Sub-processors

Stripe (billing), Cloudflare Workers AI / Replicate / fal.ai / Google Gemini / HuggingFace (procedure-render providers, cascade), Brevo (transactional email when configured).
