Is CosmeticPro HIPAA-compliant?
CosmeticPro is built on an HIPAA-conscious architecture: photos are processed per-session and never stored beyond render delivery, consent is captured pre-upload, render artefacts auto-expire, and access is restricted to license-verified providers. We can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request — included in Enterprise, available on request for other tiers. Note: HIPAA compliance is a function of how your practice operates the tool — we provide the architecture; you provide the governance.
Who actually verifies that the surgeon is licensed?
License verification is manual — there is no auto-approval. Our compliance team reviews submitted license numbers and state against the relevant medical board database within one business day. Accounts remain inactive until verified.
How does the widget actually attach to my site?
One <script> tag, dropped into your site footer (Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, custom). The widget loads lazily — no impact on Lighthouse / page-speed scores — and renders an inline call-to-action wherever you place its mount point. Sample install snippets are auto-generated in your Pro dashboard for each major CMS.
What happens when a prospect previews then books?
The lead lands in your CosmeticPro dashboard with the previewed procedure, the prospect’s contact info, and a session timestamp. Simultaneously, your configured CRM webhook fires (Zapier / Make / HubSpot / Salesforce). Your front-desk team walks into the consult already aligned on what the prospect is interested in.
What does the prospect see legally before uploading their photo?
An explicit consent screen confirming: (1) the preview is informational visualization, not a medical promise; (2) results vary; (3) only a board-certified provider can evaluate candidacy; (4) photo is processed per-session and not stored beyond render delivery. This consent text is reviewable in our disclaimers and you can request the markup for legal review before installing.
Can I white-label the widget?
Yes — Enterprise tier removes the CosmeticPro brand from the widget entirely. Practice tier shows a small “Powered by CosmeticPro” footer; Clinic+ adds a branded preview link (your practice name on the share URL).
What if I want a procedure that’s not on the supported list?
Request it via your dashboard or the contact form. New procedures typically ship within 1–2 business days — we maintain a shared render engine across procedures so adding a new one is incremental, not a build-from-scratch.
How do I cancel?
One click in your Pro dashboard. Subscription ends at the end of the current billing period — no prorating, no contract, no “talk-to-sales” gate.
